The Oxygène Immobilier team 2025–2026

Dear clients, property owners, partners, and lovers of La Plagne, Winter is fast approaching… and with it comes a fresh breeze at Oxygène Immobilier! We are delighted to introduce our new team, ready to support you throughout the upcoming 2025–2026 season, which promises to be exceptional.

Sales Team

You already know the agency managers, Sybille and Charles de Monvallier, who are joined this year by Emmanuel Delahaye, our sales negotiator. He will be heading the transaction department and will be available every day in our new office located in the Galerie des Écrins in Plagne Centre.

Reception Team

Sofia, who has been with the agency for 4 years, is joined this season by Margaux (her second winter with Oxygène Immobilier), as well as Clémence and Arthur (Master’s degree apprentice). You can find them all winter long in our three reception offices: Plagne Centre – Belle Plagne – Plagne 1800.

Technical Team

Led by Baptiste Huet, our maintenance and renovation company, BCS Maintenance, has been strengthened this year with three new technicians: Nils, Théo, and Sylvain. They ensure the proper functioning of each apartment and uphold the quality of our accommodations.

Housekeeping Team

For this third season, we have renewed our internal housekeeping team project with the arrival of our new housekeeper, Penka (not pictured), who knows the resort and our properties inside out. She is joined by Ralitsa (not pictured), Marina, Léa, Julie, and Romane, ensuring comfort, cleanliness, and reactivity—even in the heart of peak season.

Laundry Team

Since last year, the Oxygène Immobilier Group has taken over the Plagne Centre laundromat, La Pince à Linge, in partnership with Penka (not pictured). At the laundromat, you will find Anaëlle, Léana, and Alexis, available for laundry services or linen rental.
